A luxurious hotel with a great restaurant and excellent food. Elegant room with large bathroom.

Appreciated delightful breakfast and lovely bed. The staff was sweet and was willing to help.

Decent location, top-class staff, luxurious views. Delicious breakfast, very efficient service. The room was ideal with a luxury bath. Special hotel centrally located in the city. We loved Verace located around 10-15 minutes walk from the property, had dinner there. Easy check-in.

That place was very good including service and rooms. Lots of supplies in the room : dresser, tea/coffee and rug. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. Centrally positioned in a beautiful area. I visited a casual restaurant and loved the European meals they offer.

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were gorgeous. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff members were delightful and gentle. The buffet breakfast was super: breads, cereal and pastries.

All personnel was always available, so very hospitable. Fine beds and tea/coffee and rug. Food for breakfast was decent, bacon, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, cheese and pancakes. Neat hotel, exceptional service. I had the best stay at this unique property.

The venue was friendly, I loved the location in front of the lake, and lake views. Helpfulness from the whole staff. My room was neat and brand-new, included a bidet, a walk-in shower and robes. The bathroom was marble and luxurious. The hotel was set in a super central area.

The stuff was amazingly kind, the room was surprisingly large and the beds where super. Awesome breakfast - cheese, bacon, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and meats. Walking distance to the good beach. Excellent stay in the business area.

The bed was quiet and the restaurant was amazing and had plenty of food. I liked that the room was budget and budget. Very informative staff, they kept the venue clean. It was nice to have reasonably priced cheese, bacon, muffins, meats and fresh fruit in the morning. Pet-friendly place to stay while in Lugano...

It deserves its 5 stars. Breakfast was nice and the team was attentive. The bed was comfy, the room was big.

breathtaking views of the lake from the room. easy base for trip in lugano. located within a walk to lake lugano, which is about 200 feet away. the restaurant was located within 600 feet.

The hotel was FANTASTIC, we would definitely recommend it to friends. The location was 1 mile to lake lugano. Very close to swiss miniatur, 20 minutes' walk to Lugano train station.
